    Please check your mailbox carefully, it might be a spam filter that removed the automatically generated message with the license key. If you haven't found the message please create a trouble ticket in the helpdesk and specify the order reference.

    How can I order Bitrix Site Manager?

    You can order Bitrix Site Manager by using either the Plimus registration service or a variety of other payment options: MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, US$ Checks, Eurochecks, Wire Transfers, or PayPal. To create an order you need to add a product to the shopping cart and then proceed.



    What happens when the license expires?

    Your site will continue working, however the product updates will be unavailable to download. If you would like to extend the updates period you need to buy the Updates and Support Subscription.

    When your license expires you can extend the updates period for another year at 22% of the product price. If you order the updates extension within one month after the license expiration you can purchase the Privileged updates subscription: http://www.bitrixsoft.com/buy/support.php#privileged
